Abstract

1. Суспензия катализатора для полимеризации олефинов, включающая продуктвначале объединения минерального масла с одним или несколькими жидкими алканами, содержащими три или большее число углеродных атомов, с получением смеси;с последующим объединением с этой смесью каталитической системы, включающей один или несколько катализаторов, выбранных из ряда, включающего металлоцены, неметаллоцены и их сочетание.2. Суспензия катализатора по п.1, которая дополнительно включает один или несколько активаторов.3. Суспензия катализатора по п.1, которая включает до 20 мас.% одного или нескольких жидких алканов.4. Суспензия катализатора по п.1, которая включает в пределах от примерно 2 до 15 мас.% одного или нескольких жидких алканов.5. Суспензия катализатора по п.1, которая включает до 50 мас.% каталитической системы.6. Суспензия катализатора по п.1, которая включает по меньшей мере 10 мас.% каталитической системы.7. Суспензия катализатора по п.1, металлоценовый компонент которой отвечает формулеСрCpМХв которой М выбирают из ряда, включающего атомы элементов групп с 3 по 10;Сри Сркаждый независимо обозначает незамещенную или замещенную циклическую кольцевую группу;Х обозначает уходящую группу;а n обозначает ноль или целое число от 1 до 4.8. Claims (11)

1. Суспензия катализатора для полимеризации олефинов, включающая продукт
вначале объединения минерального масла с одним или несколькими жидкими алканами, содержащими три или большее число углеродных атомов, с получением смеси;
с последующим объединением с этой смесью каталитической системы, включающей один или несколько катализаторов, выбранных из ряда, включающего металлоцены, неметаллоцены и их сочетание.
2. Суспензия катализатора по п.1, которая дополнительно включает один или несколько активаторов.
3. Суспензия катализатора по п.1, которая включает до 20 мас.% одного или нескольких жидких алканов.
4. Суспензия катализатора по п.1, которая включает в пределах от примерно 2 до 15 мас.% одного или нескольких жидких алканов.
5. Суспензия катализатора по п.1, которая включает до 50 мас.% каталитической системы.
6. Суспензия катализатора по п.1, которая включает по меньшей мере 10 мас.% каталитической системы.
7. Суспензия катализатора по п.1, металлоценовый компонент которой отвечает формуле
СрACpBМХn
в которой М выбирают из ряда, включающего атомы элементов групп с 3 по 10;
СрA и СрB каждый независимо обозначает незамещенную или замещенную циклическую кольцевую группу;
Х обозначает уходящую группу;
а n обозначает ноль или целое число от 1 до 4.
8. Суспензия катализатора по п.7, в которой каждый из СрA и СрB независимо выбирают из ряда, включающего циклопентадиенил, инденил, их сочетания и их производные.
9. Суспензия катализатора по п.1, в которой неметаллоценовый компонент отвечает формуле αaβbγgMXn,
М выбирают из ряда, включающего атомы элементов групп с 3 по 10;
Х независимо выбирают из ряда, включающего галогенидные ионы, гидриды, алкилы с C1 по C12, алкенилы с С2 по C12, арилы с С6 по C12, алкиларилы с C7 по С20, алкокси с C1 по C12, арилокси с С6 по C16, алкиларилокси с С7 по С18, фторалкилы с С1 по C12, фторарилы с С6 по C12, гетероатомсодержащих углеводороды с C1 по C12, галоидированные арилокси с С6 по C16 и их замещенные производные,
β и γ обозначают группы, каждая из которых включает по меньшей мере один атом элемента с группы 14 по группу 16; где по меньшей мере один из атомов элементов с группы 14 по группу 16 связан с М;
α обозначает связывающий остаток, который образует химическую связь с каждым из β и γ;
a a, b, g и n каждый обозначает целое число от 1 до 4.
10. Способ приготовления катализатора, включающий вначале объединение минерального масла с одним или несколькими жидкими алканами, содержащими три или большее число углеродных атомов, с получением смеси;
с последующим объединением с этой смесью каталитической системы, включающей один или несколько компонентов, выбранных из ряда, включающего металлоцены, неметаллоцены и их сочетание.
11. Способ полимеризации олефинов, включающий подачу суспензии катализатора по одному из предыдущих пунктов в газофазный реактор и объединение с олефинами.
