Claims (15)
1. Способ изготовления объекта, изогнутого в одном или более направлении, из пакета, содержащего по меньшей мере один уложенный в стопку слой, содержащий полимерные волокна, путем его деформирования при повышенной температуре, отличающийся тем, что содержит стадию, при которой к волокнам прилагают растягивающее напряжение при температуре между точкой плавления волокон при приложенном напряжении и температурой, на 20°С ниже этой точки плавления, при этом растягивающее напряжение достаточно велико, чтобы вытягивать волокна.
2. Способ по п.1, где температура лежит между точкой плавления волокон при приложенном растягивающем напряжении и температурой, на 15оС ниже этой точки плавления.
3. Способ по п.1 или 2, где растягивающее напряжение составляет 5-90% от предела прочности волокон на разрыв.
4. Способ по п.1, где волокнами являются полиэтиленовые волокна с пределом прочности на разрыв по меньшей мере 2 ГПа и модулем упругости при растяжении по меньшей мере 50 ГПа.
5. Способ по п.4, где волокна в слое расположены, по существу, параллельно.
6. Способ по п.5, где волокна в слое ориентированы под углом к направлению волокон в смежном слое.
7. Способ по п.6, где пакет содержит по меньшей мере три слоя и направления волокон равномерно распределены по 360°.
8. Способ по п.1, где слои содержат от 0 до 50 мас.% связующего для волокон, относительно общего количества волокон и связующего.
9. Способ по п.8, где количество связующего не превышает 25 мас.%.
10. Способ по любому из пп.8 и 9, где связующим является полиэтиленовая пленка.
11. Способ по п.1, где объектом является каска или куполообразный предмет.
12. Способ по п.1, где растягивающее напряжение прилагают путем крепления границы пакета и где прилагают силу к участку слоев, расположенных внутри внешней границы, при этом сила направлена перпендикулярно плоскости, определенной внешней границей.
13. Объект, полученный способом по любому из предшествующих пунктов.
14. Объект по п.13, где объектом является каска.
15. Не имеющий морщинистости объект, изогнутый в одном или более направлении, содержащий по меньшей мере один слой, содержащий полимерные волокна, в котором в разных положениях объекта волокна имеют разный средний диаметр, который является диаметром, общим для большинства волокон, при этом разница между наибольшей и наименьшей средними величинами составляет по меньшей мере 7%.
