Abstract
1. Средство для защиты пищевых продуктов от порчи, содержащее вещество со свойствами, направленными на подавление патогенных микроорганизмов, отличающееся тем, что в качестве вышеупомянутого вещества использован экстракт бересты.2. Средство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что в него введена жидкая компонента, в качестве которой использован пищевой жир и/или спирт.3. Средство по п.2, отличающееся тем, что содержание экстракта бересты и жидкой компоненты составляет в мас.%: экстракт бересты 0,01-40, жидкая компонента 99,99-60.4. Средство по любому из пп.1-3, отличающееся тем, что использован экстракт бересты в виде бетулина.5. Способ защиты пищевых продуктов от порчи, включающий воздействие на пищевой продукт средством со свойствами, направленными на подавление патогенных микроорганизмов, путем упаковки продукта в упаковочный материал, модифицированный вышеупомянутым средством, отличающийся тем, что в качестве средства со свойствами, направленными на подавление патогенных микроорганизмов используют экстракт бересты.6. Способ по п.5, отличающийся тем, что используют экстракт бересты в виде бетулина.7. Упаковочный материал, содержащий основообразующую компоненту с добавкой, подавляющей патогенные микроорганизмы, отличающийся тем, что в качестве добавки использован экстракт бересты.8. Упаковочный материал по п.7, отличающийся тем, что экстракт бересты составляет не менее 0,01% от массы основообразующей компоненты.9. Упаковочный материал по любому из пп.7 и 8, отличающийся тем, что использован экстракт бересты в виде бетулина.1.
