Abstract
1. Пищевая жировая композиция с лечебно-профилактическим свойствами, содержащая жировую составляющую и биологически активную добавку, отличающаяся тем, что в качестве биологически активной добавки использована тритерпенсодержащая добавка с содержанием тритерпенов, обеспечивающим соотношение тритерпенов и жировой составляющей, мас.%: тритерпены - 0,01-70,0, жировая составляющая - 5,0-99,99.2. Композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что в качестве тритерпенсодержащей добавки может быть использован бетулин, и/или экстракт бересты, и/или порошок чаги.3. Композиция по любому из пп.1 и 2, отличающаяся тем, что ее используют для приготовления соусов, спредов, заправок, мясных, рыбных, хлебобулочных и кондитерских продуктов, а также для приготовления продуктов, альтернативных молочным продуктам4. Композиция по любому из пп.1 и 2, отличающаяся тем, что она представляет собой любой продукт из ряда, содержащего соусы, спреды, заправки, мясные, рыбные, хлебобулочные и кондитерские продукты, а также продукты, альтернативные молочным продуктам.5. Способ получения пищевой жировой композиции с лечебно-профилактическим свойствами, включающий введение в жировую составляющую добавки с лечебно-профилактическим воздействием на организм человека, отличающийся тем, что в качестве добавки использована тритерпенсодержащая добавка с содержанием тритерпенов, обеспечивающим соотношение тритерпенов и жировой составляющей мас.%: тритерпены - 0,01-70,0, жировая составляющая 5,0-99,99.6.
