Claims (10)
1. Устройство для склеивания двух, покрытых по меньшей мере с одной стороны не проницаемым для жидкости, активируемым под действием тепла клеевым слоем (58, 65) полотен (3, 4) упаковочного материала для изготовления не проницаемых для жидкости упаковок, прежде всего для жидких пищевых продуктов, содержащее зажимные средства (5, 21, 27) для зажима полотен (3, 4) упаковочного материала, режущее приспособление (11) для выполнения косого среза (16) примерно поперек полотна (3, 4) упаковочного материала и сварочный узел (30) для подвода тепла к полотнам (3, 4) упаковочного материала и приложения к ним давления для их склеивания между собой вдоль клеевого шва (29), отличающееся тем, что сварочный узел (30) имеет перемещаемые вдоль поперечной направляющей (28) примерно поперечно к направлению (9) движения полотен (3, 4) упаковочного материала салазки (31), на которых установлены нагреватель (33) и расположенный за ним в направлении (20) перемещения сварочного узла прижимной ролик (38).
2. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что по другую сторону от нагревателя (33) напротив прижимного ролика (38) установлен нож (40).
3. Устройство по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что на салазках (31) рядом с прижимным роликом (38) установлен направляющий элемент (41) для приподнятия полотна (3, 4) упаковочного материала вдоль его поперечной кромки (18) в процессе перемещения салазок (31).
4. Устройство по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что нагреватель (33) содержит элемент (34) для нагрева воздуха, перепускную трубу (35) и сопло (36) для подачи горячего воздуха, предпочтительно в виде щелевого сопла с широкой щелью.

Устройство по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что сварочный узел (30) и поперечная направляющая (28) выполнены с возможностью их подъема и опускания в направлении (8), примерно перпендикулярном направлению (9) движения полотен (3, 4) упаковочного материала и перпендикулярно направлению (20) перемещения салазок (31).
6. Устройство по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что под поперечной направляющей (28) закреплены первая зажимная планка (27) и расположенная с отступом под ней вторая зажимная планка (27).

Устройство по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что давление, необходимое для формирования клеевого шва (29), создается прижимным роликом (38) при его прижатии к расположенному напротив него резиновому контрупору (50), который выполнен в виде проходящей параллельно поперечной направляющей (28) планки со скосами (51, 52), придающими ей в сечении треугольный или призматический профиль.
8. Устройство по п.7, отличающееся тем, что линия соприкосновения прижимного ролика (38) с резиновым контрупором (50) лежит на одном из скосов (51) резинового контрупора.
9. Устройство по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что зажимные средства (5, 23, 24; 27) для зажима полотен (3, 4) упаковочного материала содержат переднее (21), центральное (5) и заднее (27) в направлении (9) движения полотен (3, 4) упаковочного материала зажимные приспособления.
10. Устройство по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что поперечная направляющая (28) сварочного узла (30) и проходящие параллельно поперечной направляющей (28) зажимные планки (7, 23, 24; 27), соответственно контрупорные брусья зажимных средств установлены под углом (α) к направлению (9) движения полотен (3, 4) упаковочного материала, составляющим от 60 до 90°, предпочтительно от 70 до 80°, наиболее предпочтительно 85°.
