Claims (11)

1. Гидроизоляционный материал в листовой форме, содержащий центральный слой (10), который содержит способный к разбуханию бентонит, расположенный между соответствующими несущими слоями (12, 14), отличающийся тем, что несущие слои (12, 14) соединяются между собой ультразвуковой сваркой (18; 26, 28) через интервалы или вдоль одной или нескольких линий.
2. Материал по п.1, в котором по меньшей мере один из несущих слоев (12, 14) содержит нетканое текстильное полотно.
3. Материал по п.1 или 2, в котором несущие слои (12, 14) содержат полипропилен, полиэтилен или поливинилхлорид.
4. Материал по п.1 или 2, включающий дополнительный слой, который является непроницаемой пленкой или мембраной.
5. Материал по п.1 или 2, в котором непроницаемая пленка или мембрана располагается в местах ультразвуковой сварки.
6. Материал по п.1 или 2, в котором центральный слой (10) формируется экструзией или прокаткой деформируемой пластичной массы, в которой бентонит является полугидратированным.
7. Материал по п.1, в котором центральный слой включает гибкую перфорированную арматуру.
8. Материал по п. 7, в котором арматурой является сетка (16) из пластмассы.
9. Материал по п.7 или 8, в котором один из несущих слоев (12) соединен с арматурой (16) первой последовательностью ультразвуковой сварки (26), а другой несущий слой (14) соединен с арматурой второй последовательностью ультразвуковой сварки (28), положение которой смещено относительно первой последовательности.

Способ производства гидроизоляционного материала в листовой форме, содержащего центральный слой (10), который содержит способный к разбуханию бентонит, расположенный между соответствующими несущими слоями (12, 14), отличающийся тем, что несущие слои (12, 14) соединяют между собой ультразвуковой сваркой (18; 26, 28) через интервалы или вдоль одной или нескольких линий.
11. Способ производства гидроизоляционного материала в листовой форме, содержащего центральный слой (10), который содержит способный к разбуханию бентонит, расположенный между соответствующими несущими слоями (12, 14) и включает сетчатую арматуру (16) внутри центрального слоя, соединяющий один из несущих слоев (12) с арматурой путем ультразвуковой сварки в первой последовательности мест (26) и соединяющий другой из несущих слоев (14) с арматурой путем ультразвуковой сварки во второй последовательности мест (28), смещенной относительно первой последовательности.
