Claims (14)
1. Секция установки для разложения и очистки синтез-газа, отличающаяся тем, что она имеет устройство для парциальной конденсации синтез-газа и устройство для промывки азота, причем устройство для промывки азота примыкает к устройству для парциальной конденсации.
2. Секция установки по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что она включает в себя следующие соединенные друг с другом устройства:
теплообменник А для охлаждения синтез-газа, подаваемого в секцию установки;
соединенный с теплообменником А сепаратор В для разделения синтез-газа 2 на газовую фракцию 4, состоящую в основном из водорода и моноксида углерода, и жидкую фракцию 5, состоящую в основном из моноксида углерода и метана;
выпарной аппарат С для дальнейшего разделения газовой фракции 4, направляемой из сепаратора В, на газовую фракцию 6, состоящую главным образом из водорода, и жидкость 7, состоящую главным образом из моноксида углерода;
выпарной аппарат D, в котором происходит испарение абсорбированного в жидкости 7 водорода и из которого остаточная, содержащая в основном моноксид углерода жидкость 8 может быть направлена в дистилляционную колонну F;
еще один выпарной аппарат Е, в котором остатки водорода, абсорбированные в жидкой фракции 5 сепаратора В, удаляется путем испарения и из которого содержащая в основном моноксид углерода и метан жидкость 9 может быть направлена в дистилляционную колонну F;
дистилляционную колонну F для отделения газообразного моноксида углерода и получения метана в виде жидкости, отбираемой из нижней части колонны; и
промывную колонну G для отделения жидким азотом примесей из содержащей в основном водород газовой фракции 6 выпарного аппарата С и утилизации примесей в виде горючего газа 12.
3. Секция установки по п.1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что теплообменник А может иметь множество подводящих линий для газа и жидкости и охлаждать или нагревать их до заданных температур.
4. Секция установки по п.1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что выпарные аппараты С, D и Е представляют собой выпарные аппараты мгновенного испарения, с помощью которых возможно удаление растворенного в жидкости газа.
5. Секция установки по п.1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что дистилляционная колонна F имеет теплообменник, через который пропускается синтез-газ произвольного состава, или предусмотренный в нижней части колонны отвод для собирающейся в ней жидкости, которая после прохождения через теплообменник А может быть возвращена в дистилляционную колонну.
6. Секция установки по п.1или 2, отличающаяся тем, что промывная колонна G имеет подводящие линии для газообразного и жидкого азота.
7. Способ разложения и очистки синтез-газа в секции установки по одному из пп.1-6, отличающийся тем, что вначале проводят парциальную конденсацию синтез-газа и затем его промывку жидким азотом.
8. Способ по п.7, отличающийся тем, что в сепараторе В синтез-газ 2 разделяется на газовую фракцию 4, состоящую в основном из водорода и моноксида углерода, и жидкую фракцию 5, состоящую в основном из моноксида углерода и метана, при давлении около 78 бар и температуре -171±10°С.
9. Способ по п.7 или 8, отличающийся тем, что в выпарном аппарате С газовая фракция 4 разделяется на состоящую преимущественно из водорода газовую фракцию 6 и на состоящую преимущественно из моноксида углерода жидкость 7 при давлении около 78 бар и температуре -195±10°С.
10. Способ по п.7, отличающийся тем, что в выпарном аппарате D абсорбированный в жидкости 7 водород испаряется при давлении 6 бар и температуре -195±10°С.
11. Способ по п.7, отличающийся тем, что в выпарном аппарате Е абсорбированный в жидкости 5 водород испаряется при давлении 6 бар и температуре -171±10°С.
12. Способ по п.7, отличающийся тем, что дистилляционная колонна F для отделения моноксида углерода работает при давлении около 5 бар и температуре в верхней части колонны около -175°С и в нижней части колонны около -155°С.
13. Способ по п.7, отличающийся тем, что промывная колонна G для отделения жидким азотом примесей из содержащей в основном водород газовой фракции 6 работает при давлении около 77 бар и температуре -185°С±10°.
14. Способ по п.7, отличающийся тем, что молярное отношение водорода к азоту в газовой смеси, отводимой из верхней части промывной колонны, устанавливают равным приблизительно 3:1 путем подвода газообразного азота.
