Claims (5)
1. Способ получения пропиленоксида, включающий:
(1) взаимодействие этилбензолгидропероксида и/или кумолгидропероксида с пропеном с получением пропиленоксида и 1-фенилэтанола и/или 2-фенил-2-пропанола и
(2) контактирование исходного сырья, содержащего 1-фенилэтанол и/или 2-фенил-2-пропанол, полученного на стадии (1), с гетерогенным катализатором при повышенной температуре,
где исходное сырье стадии (2) содержит, самое большее, 0,30 мас.% соединений с молекулярной массой, по меньшей мере, равной 195.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором исходным сырьем является дистиллят, содержащий 1-фенилэтанол и/или 2-фенил-2-пропанол.
3. Способ по п. 1 или 2, где исходное сырье содержит, по меньшей мере, 0,001 мас.% соединений с молекулярной массой, по меньшей мере, равной 195.
4. Способ по п. 1 или 2, в котором катализатором является катализатор на основе оксида алюминия.
5. Способ по п. 1 или 2, в котором на стадии (2) исходное сырье, содержащее 1-фенилэтанол и/или 2-фенил-2-пропанол, контактируют с катализатором дегидратации с получением алкениларила.
