Claims (13)

1. Устройство для выполнения надреза кожи, содержащее кожух, ланцетный механизм, оперативно соединенный с кожухом, прижимной наконечник, выполненный с возможностью взаимодействия с целевым местом и создания выпуклости целевого места, причем прижимной наконечник выполнен с возможностью подвижного соединения с кожухом, и спусковой механизм, выполненный с возможностью обнаружения выпуклости целевого места заданной высоты и последующего включения фиксации прижимного наконечника относительно кожуха для предотвращения последующего изменения положения выпуклости целевого места относительно указанного кожуха.
2. Устройство по п.1, в котором устройство дополнительно содержит смещающую пружину, предназначенную для приложения к прижимному наконечнику усилия предварительной нагрузки.
3. Устройство по п.2, в котором смещающая пружина выполнена с возможностью приложения к прижимному наконечнику усилия предварительной нагрузки в диапазоне от 3 до 13Н.
4. Устройство по п.2, в котором смещающая пружина выполнена с возможностью приложения к прижимному наконечнику усилия предварительной нагрузки в диапазоне от 9 до 10Н.
5. Устройство по п.1, в котором спусковой механизм включает в себя по меньшей мере одну защелку и по меньшей мере один спусковой рычаг защелки.
6. Устройство по п.5, в котором защелка включает в себя храповые зубцы защелки и в котором прижимной наконечник включает в себя храповые зубцы прижимного наконечника.
7. Устройство по п.1, в котором спусковой механизм включает в себя фрикционное сцепление для фиксации прижимного наконечника.
8. Устройство по п.1, в котором спусковой механизм включает в себя оптический релейный переключатель, выполненный с возможностью обнаружения выпуклости целевого места заданной высоты.
9. Устройство по п.1, в котором спусковой механизм включает в себя электрический релейный переключатель.
10. Устройство по п.1, в котором спусковой механизм выполнен с возможностью инициировать выполнение надреза посредством ланцетного механизма сразу после фиксации прижимного наконечника.
11. Способ выполнения надреза целевого места, заключающийся в том, что обеспечивают устройство для выполнения надреза, содержащее кожух, ланцетный механизм, оперативно соединенный с кожухом, прижимной наконечник, выполненный с возможностью взаимодействия с целевым местом и создания выпуклости целевого места, причем прижимной наконечник выполнен с возможностью подвижного соединения с кожухом, и спусковой механизм, выполненный с возможностью обнаружения выпуклости целевого места заданной высоты и последующего включения фиксации прижимного наконечника относительно кожуха для предотвращения последующего изменения положения выпуклости целевого места относительно указанного кожуха, обеспечивают контакт прижимного наконечника с целевым местом, осуществляют нажим прижимного наконечника на целевое место для создания таким образом выпуклости в целевом месте, которую обнаруживают спусковым механизмом, и фиксируют прижимной наконечник относительно кожуха, и вскрывают выпуклость целевого места ланцетным механизмом.
12. Способ по п.11, в котором целевое место является целевым местом в кожной ткани.
13. Способ по п.11, в котором обеспечивают устройство для выполнения надреза, дополнительно содержащее смещающую пружину, выполненную с возможностью приложения к прижимному наконечнику усилия предварительной нагрузки.
