Способ извлечения соединений металлов из твердого металлсодержащего сырья, включающий получение шихты, проницаемой для газа-окислителя, нагрев шихты до температуры окисления, возгонку легколетучих металлсодержащих компонентов и последующую конденсацию возгона, отличающийся тем, что массовую долю сгорающего материала в шихте поддерживают в пределах от 3 до 15 мас.%, а процесс проводят в режиме фильтрационного горения при продувке газообразного окислителя через слой шихты, прошедшей высокотемпературную обработку, и выведении из реактора газообразных продуктов горения через слой загруженной в реактор свежей шихты.1.
