Claims (6)

1. Дисковый носитель записи, содержащий область регулирования условий записи/воспроизведения, и множество областей данных управления, включающих область управления дефектами, сформированных во внутренней области диска, расположенной внутри окружности, имеющей заранее определенный радиус, на указанном дисковом носителе записи, в котором указанные области данных управления размещены в местах положения, разделенных друг от друга в радиальном направлении, указанного дискового носителя записи, между которыми расположена, по меньшей мере, указанная область регулирования условий записи/воспроизведения.
2. Дисковый носитель записи по п.1, отличающийся тем, что область управления дефектами содержит множество областей записи, которые включают текущую используемую область записи информации управления дефектами и резервные области записи, которые используют в качестве замены для указанной текущей используемой области записи.
3. Способ записи на диск, предназначенный для формирования области регулирования условий записи/воспроизведения и множества областей данных управления, каждая из которых включает область управления дефектами на внутренней стороне диска внутри окружности, имеющей заранее определенный радиус, на дисковом носителе записи, путем размещения указанных областей данных управления в местах положения, разделенных друг от друга в радиальном направлении указанного дискового носителя записи, с расположением между ними, по меньшей мере, указанной области регулирования условий записи/воспроизведения.
4. Способ записи на диск по п.3, отличающийся тем, что указанная область управления дефектами, содержит множество областей записи, которые включают текущую используемую область записи, предназначенную для записи информации управления дефектами, и резервные области записи, каждую из которых используют в качестве замены для указанной текущей используемой области записи.
5. Способ записи на диск, предназначенный для записи информации на дисковый носитель записи, содержащий область регулирования условий записи/воспроизведения, и множество областей данных управления, каждая из которых включает область управления дефектами, которые сформированы на внутреннем участке диска, расположенном внутри окружности, имеющей заранее определенный радиус на указанном дисковом носителе записи, в котором:
указанные области данных управления расположены в местах положения, отделенных друг от друга в радиальном направлении, указанного дискового носителя записи, между которыми расположена, по меньшей мере, указанная область регулирования условий записи/воспроизведения; и
указанная область управления дефектами сформирована как участок, содержащий множество областей записи, каждая из которых включает текущую используемую область записи, предназначенную для записи информации управления дефектами, и резервные области записи, каждую из которых используют в качестве замены указанной текущей используемой области записи,
указанный способ записи диска, содержит следующие этапы:
определение значения подсчета обновлений указанной текущей используемой области записи или состояния ошибки указанной текущей используемой области записи при выполнении операции записи указанной информации управления дефектами на указанный дисковый носитель записи для использования результата определения в качестве основы для определения, следует или нет указанную информацию управления дефектами записывать в какую-то конкретную из указанных резервных областей записи; и
установку указанной конкретной резервной области записи в качестве указанной замены указанной текущей используемой области записи в случае, когда указанную информацию управления дефектами записывают в указанную конкретную резервную область записи.
6. Устройство привода диска, предназначенное для записи информации на дисковый носитель записи, содержащий область регулирования условий записи/воспроизведения, и множество областей данных управления, каждая из которых включает область управления дефектами, которые сформированы на участке внутренней стороны диска, окруженном окружностью, имеющей заранее определенный радиус, на указанном дисковом носителе записи, в котором:
указанные области данных управления расположены в местах положения, отделенных друг от друга в радиальном направлении, на указанном дисковом носителе записи так, что между ними расположена, по меньшей мере, указанная область регулирования условий записи/воспроизведения; и
указанная область данных управления дефектами содержит множество областей записи, которые включают текущую используемую область записи, предназначенную для записи информации управления дефектами, и резервные области записи, которые используют в качестве замены указанной текущей используемой области записи,
причем указанное устройство привода диска содержит средство записи, предназначенное для записи указанной информации на указанный дисковый носитель записи и воспроизведения с него, и средство управления, предназначенное для:
определения значения подсчета обновлений указанной текущей используемой области записи или состояния ошибки указанной текущей используемой области записи при выполнении операции записи указанной информации управления дефектами на указанный дисковый носитель записи для определения, используемого в качестве основы для определения, следует или нет указанную информацию управления дефектами записывать в какую-либо конкретную одну из указанных резервных областей записи; и
запись данных управления для установки указанной конкретной резервной области записи в качестве указанной замены для указанной текущей используемой области записи в случае, когда указанную информацию управления дефектами записывают в указанную конкретную резервную область записи.
