Claims (14)

1. Хирургический инструмент для вставки межпозвонкового эндопротеза, состоящего из двух пластин (5, 53) протеза и окруженного ими сердечника (77) протеза, содержащий два раздвигающихся друг от друга открытых на концах держателя (3, 52) протеза, отличающийся тем, что предусмотрено отжимное устройство для отжима инструмента от находящихся в держателях (3, 52) протеза пластин (3, 53) протеза и/или, по меньшей мере, от одного из соседних позвонков, которое на каждом держателе (3, 52) протеза содержит толкатель (12, 81), имеющий упор (15, 82) для протеза и/или упор (16, 96) для позвонка и выполненный с возможностью перемещения в направляющей (10, 80) толкателя между отодвинутым назад и продвинутым вперед крайним положением посредством исполнительного устройства, которое содержит независимое от расстояния устройство (28, 29, 90, 91) для соединения движения обоих толкателей.
2. Инструмент по п.1, отличающийся тем, что предусмотрено устройство для перевода приводного усилия между отжимным устройством и рукояткой (20).
3. Инструмент по п.2, отличающийся тем, что устройство для перевода образовано рычажным устройством (20-23).
4. Инструмент по п.3, отличающийся тем, что рукоятка (20), при необходимости с устройством перевода (20-23), выполнена с возможностью легкого соединения с находящимся в положении операции инструментом.
5. Инструмент по п.4, отличающийся тем, что рукоятка (20) и устройство перевода (20-23) образованы цангой, и цанга на одном из своих рабочих рычагов (22) и инструмент имеют дополнительное соединительное средство (24, 25), а другой рабочий рычаг (23) действует на толкатель (12).
6. Инструмент по п.5, отличающийся тем, что между отжимным устройством и взаимодействующими с ним элементами (13) толкателей (12) установлено коромысло (28) в качестве независимого от расстояния устройства для соединения при их движении.
7. Инструмент по одному из пп.1-6, отличающийся тем, что исполнительное устройство установлено на жестко соединенный только с одним из двух держателей (52) протеза корпус (51) инструмента, а толкатель (81) этого держателя протеза соединен с возможностью перемещения с ведущим элементом (84), который через независимую от расстояния муфту (90, 91) находится в зацеплении с ведомым элементом (85) другого толкателя (81).
8. Инструмент по п.7, отличающийся тем, что ведущий элемент (90) и ведомый элемент (91) выполнены в виде направленных в направлении отжима упоров.
9. Инструмент по п.7 или 8, отличающийся тем, что жестко соединенный с одним из держателей (52) протеза корпус (51) инструмента содержит толкающую штангу (86) с рукояткой (87), которая соединена с возможностью перемещения с соответствующим толкателем (81).
10. Инструмент по одному из пп.1-9, отличающийся тем, что, по меньшей мере, один толкатель (12, 81) содержит упор (15, 82) для протеза и упор (16, 96) для позвонка и расстояние между этими упорами может изменяться в направлении глубины.
11. Инструмент по п.10, отличающийся тем, что он содержит регулирующее устройство для изменения расстояния между упором (15, 82) для протеза и упором (16, 96) для позвонка.
12. Инструмент по п.11, отличающийся тем, что регулирующее устройство установлено на толкателе (12, 81) и содержит направляющую скольжения с ходовым винтом (31, 97) для одного из двух упоров (16, 96).
13. Инструмент по п.11 или 12, отличающийся тем, что регулирующее устройство имеет градуировочную шкалу (32, 98).
14. Инструмент по пп.1-13, отличающийся тем, что кинематические соединения (56, 57, 90, 91) установлены между несущими оба держателя (52) протеза элементами (51, 73) инструмента вне среднего проходящего в направлении инструмента сквозного отверстия, диаметр которого соответствует, по меньшей мере, ширине сердечника (77) протеза и вводящего его инструмента (76).
