Claims (15)
1. Способ производства минераловатного изделия, в особенности минераловатной плиты или полосы, включающий следующие операции: подачу минераловатных волокон на конвейер, введение в волокна связующего для формирования плиты или полосы листового материала, в которой волокна сгруппированы по существу параллельно двум главным поверхностям изделия, или параллельно поверхности конвейера, отверждение изделия, отличающийся тем, что перед операцией отверждения осуществляют сминание по меньшей мере одной части изделия, определяющей одну из его главных поверхностей.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что осуществляют сминание только одной из двух частей, определяющих главные поверхности изделия.
3. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что для осуществления сминания изделие пропускают по меньшей мере через два последовательно установленных конвейера, предпочтительно ленточных конвейера, движущихся с различной скоростью, причем каждый последующий конвейер движется с меньшей скоростью по сравнению с предыдущим конвейером.
4. Способ по одному из пп.1-3, отличающийся тем, что изделие пропускают через четыре или пять конвейеров, расположенных последовательно и движущихся с различной скоростью.
5. Способ по одному из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что скорость движения каждого последующего конвейера уменьшена на величину, одинаковую для всех конвейеров.
6. Способ по одному из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что конвейер с наибольшей скоростью движется в 1,2 раза быстрее по сравнению ленточными конвейерами обжиговой печи.
7. Минераловатное изделие, в особенности минераловатная плита для теплоизоляции крыш, стен и потолков, отличающееся тем, что оно состоит по меньшей мере из двух частей с различной ориентацией волокон, причем эти части параллельны двум противоположным главным поверхностям изделия, и в одной из частей, определяющей одну из его главных поверхностей, волокна изогнуты и/или закручены и/или образуют форму меандра в продольном направлении.
8. Минераловатное изделие по п.7, отличающееся тем, что волокна другой части, определяющей другую главную поверхность, ориентированы по существу параллельно главным поверхностям.
9. Минераловатное изделие по одному из п.7 или 8, отличающееся тем, что оно состоит только из двух частей с различной ориентацией волокон.
10. Минераловатное изделие по одному из пп.7-9, отличающееся тем, что его средняя плотность находится в интервале от 8 до 30 кг/м3, в особенности от 15 до 20 кг/м3.
11. Минераловатное изделие по одному из пп.7-10, отличающееся тем, что толщина части, подвергнутой сминанию, составляет до 90% от общей толщины изделия, преимущественно до одной трети от общей толщины.
12. Минераловатное изделие по одному из пп.7-11, отличающееся тем, что средняя плотность части, подвергнутой сминанию, на 6-8% больше средней плотности части с параллельной ориентацией волокон.
13. Минераловатное изделие по одному из пп.7-12, отличающееся тем, что ориентация волокон в части, подвергнутой сминанию, определяется волнообразными или меандрообразными структурами, в которых волокна расположены беспорядочно относительно плоскости, параллельной двум главным поверхностям.
14. Минераловатное изделие по одному из пп.7-13, отличающееся тем, что участок, подвергнутый сминанию, плавно переходит в участок с параллельной ориентацией волокон.
15. Минераловатное изделие по одному из пп.7-14, отличающееся тем, что длина минераловатного изделия, устанавливаемого между стропилами или балками, превышает расстояние в свету между стропилами или балками на 1,5-5%, предпочтительно на 2%.
