Способ изготовления керамического кирпича, включающий измельчение глиняного сырья, его увлажнение, формование, сушку, обжиг и охлаждение, отличающийся тем, что в качестве глиняного сырья используют глину Юмагузинского месторождения с химическим составом, мас. %: SiO2-55,12; Al2О3-12,83; Fe2О3-4,75; CaO-6,02; MgO-1,91; SO3-0,050, кроме того используют добавки в виде древесных опилок, а часть глины используют в дегидратированном состоянии, при следующем соотношении мас. %:
Глина - 65-70
Дегидратированная глина - 12-25
Опилки - 10-20
обжиг осуществляют в интервале температур 980-1050oС, при этом нагрев и охлаждение осуществляют со скоростью 70-95oС/ч.
