Abstract

1. Способ производства необожженного лессового кирпича, включающий: ! подготовку лесса, содержащего менее 10 мас.% влаги; ! смешивание песка, цемента, золы, полимерной добавки и воды с лессом для получения лессовой смеси; и ! формование лессовой смеси и сушку сформированной лессовой смеси. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что он дополнительно включает добавление неорганической добавки. ! 3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что зола включает, по меньшей мере, одно вещество из следующей группы: зольный остаток, зольная пыль, бентонит, кремнеземная пыль или сочетание как минимум двух из указанных веществ. ! 4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что полимерная добавка включает, по меньшей мере, одно вещество из следующей группы: реагент, уменьшающий содержание воды, диспергирующая добавка, целлюлоза, поливиниловый спирт или сочетание как минимум двух из указанных веществ. !5. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что лессовая смесь содержит от 100 до 400 массовых долей лесса, от 80 до 200 массовых долей песка, от 30 до 70 массовых долей золы и от 0,1 до 5 массовых долей полимерной добавки на 100 массовых долей цемента. ! 6. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что сушку лессовой смеси ведут обработкой паром. ! 7. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что он включает первоначальное сухое перемешивание песка, цемента, золы и полимерной добавки с лессом; и последующее добавление к полученной сухой смеси воды для получения лессовой смеси. ! 8. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что используют неорганическую добавку в виде, по меньшей мере, одного вещества из следующей группы: сульфат алюминия, гептагидрат сульфата железа (II), сульфат железа (III), трихлорид железа. ! 9.
