Способ получения биологически активной пищевой добавки лечебно-профилактического действия, имеющей седативные свойства, который содержит сбор анамнеза (жалоб) пациентов, измерение электросигналов, преимущественно их интенсивности от биологически активных точек (БАТ) акупунктуры на поверхности тела пациентов, что отвечает анамнезу (жалобам) и симптомам болезни, сравнение измеренных электросигналов, преимущественно интенсивности, с нормой и выявление патологии в виде гипофункции или гиперфункции контролируемых БАТ, отображающих степень патологических изменений в контролируемой системе, органе и/или ткани пациентов, подбор способа, который выравнивает до нормы уровень электросигналов от названных БАТ путем использования принципа дальнодействия, введение пациенту подобранного средства в рекомендованной форме, в рекомендованной дозе, через рекомендованные интервалы времени (то есть с рекомендованной частотой) и на протяжении рекомендованного времени, отличающийся тем, что сбор анамнеза (жалоб) осуществляют в группе пациентов, из которой отбирают статистически значимую группу с похожим анамнезом (подобными жалобами на проявление стрессовой реакции), подбор способа осуществляют путем подбора ряда компонентов, преимущественно фитотерапевтических, каждый из которых имеет седативные свойства, и выравнивают до нормы уровень электросигналов от указанных БАТ акупунктуры у указанной статистически значимой группы пациентов, затем на основе подобранных компонентов путем их смешивания получают многокомпонентную БАД, имеющую совокупное седативное свойство, которую фасуют, капсулируют и используют в качестве средства лечебно-профилактического действия путем перорального введения статистически значимой группе пациентов, для которой выполняют повторную (контрольную) диагностику активности БАТ акупунктуры (по величине интенсивности электросигналов от БАТ).2.
