Abstract

The proposed technical device relates to the field of heating and can be used to create heating devices that provide a higher heat transfer air heaters in the surrounding space. The heating device contains a metal case, "N" air heaters, each of which is made in the form of two metal pipes of square cross section, vertically installed with a gap of their external surfaces relative to each other and relative to the internal surfaces of the metal housing and with their lower ends in the corresponding holes made in the bottom of the metal body, and two metal pipes of square cross section, obliquely fixed with their lower edges alone on the upper edges of the corresponding vertically installed square pipes connected with their internal intersecting cavities with each other and fixed with their respective upper ends in the corresponding holes made in the inclined side surfaces of the metal body, grate p A grid installed in the bottom of the metal case, an ashpit with a handle, installed under the bottom surface of the grate, a chimney installed on the corresponding section of the upper surface of the metal case and connected with its entrance to the internal cavity of the metal case, and a door with a handle installed on the corresponding section of the front surface metal housing. Description

The proposed technical device relates to the field of heating and can be used for air heating of premises with a higher heat transfer.
Similar technical solutions are known, see, for example, the description of the invention to the patent RU No. 2222679, which contains the following set of essential features:
- a metal case with side, back and front walls and a cover;
- "N" - air heaters, made in the form of pipe segments and located along the side internal surfaces of the metal body and intersected by corresponding sections of the external surfaces of their upper ends with each other and fixed by the external surfaces of their lower ends in the holes made in the bottom of the metal body and external the surfaces of their upper ends in the holes made in the region of the upper surfaces of the side walls of the metal body;
- “M” - air heaters, made in the form of vertically fixed with their lower ends alone in the holes made in the bottom of the metal case, and with their other upper ends in the holes made in the upper surface of the metal case cover;
- gas guide plates installed in the relevant areas of the intersecting surfaces "N" -air heaters;
- grate installed in the bottom of the metal body;
- ashpit with a handle installed under the bottom surface of the grate;
- a chimney mounted on the corresponding section of the upper surface of the metal casing and connected with its entrance to the internal cavity of the metal casing;
- a door with a handle installed on the corresponding section of the front surface of the metal body.
Common features of the proposed technical solutions for patenting and the above-described analogue are:
- metal case;
- “N” air heaters installed inside the metal case;
- grate installed in the bottom of the metal body;
- ashpit with a handle installed under the bottom surface of the grate;
- a chimney mounted on the corresponding section of the upper surface of the metal casing and connected with its entrance to the internal cavity of the metal casing;
- a door with a handle installed on the corresponding section of the front surface of the metal body.
It is also known a similar technical solution, see the description of the invention to the patent RU No. 2429420, which is selected as the closest analogue of the prototype, and which contains the following set of essential features:
- a metal case with side, back and front walls and a cover;
- “N” air heaters, made in the form of convective tubes, having vertical, radial and inclined sections located along the side internal surfaces of the metal body and fixed by the external surfaces of their lower ends in the holes made in the bottom of the metal body, and the external surfaces of their upper ends in the holes made in the upper wall of the metal case;
- gas-guards located above the corresponding sections of the external surfaces of the “N” air heaters;
- grate installed in the bottom of the metal body;
- ashpit installed under the bottom surface of the grate and located inside the ash box;
- a chimney mounted on the corresponding section of the upper surface of the metal casing and connected with its entrance to the internal cavity of the metal casing;
- a door with a handle mounted on the corresponding section of the front surface of the metal body.
Common features of the proposed technical solution and prototype for patenting are:
- metal case;
- “N” air heaters installed inside the metal case;
- grate installed in the bottom of the metal body;
- ashpit installed under the bottom surface of the grate;
- a chimney mounted on the corresponding section of the outer surface of the metal body and connected with its entrance to the internal cavity of the metal body;
- a door with a handle installed on the corresponding section of the front surface of the metal body.
The technical result, which is impossible to achieve by any of the above-described similar technical solutions, is the insufficient heat transfer of the air heaters.
The reason for the impossible achievement of the above-mentioned technical result is that a significant amount of thermal energy is expended on heating air flows through the internal cavities of convective circular tubes, since circular tubes have the smallest possible internal cross-sectional area, compared to square tubes. do not provide the maximum possible heat transfer without a significant increase in the diameter of convective tubes.
Given the characteristics and analysis of known similar technical solutions, it can be concluded that the task of creating heating devices that provide the highest possible heat transfer is relevant today.
The technical result indicated above is achieved by the fact that in a heating device comprising a metal case, “N” air heaters installed inside the metal case, an grate installed in the bottom of the metal case, an ashpit installed under the bottom surface of the grate, a chimney installed on the corresponding section of the upper surface of the metal housing and communicating with its entrance with the internal cavity of the metal housing, and a door with a handle mounted on the corresponding tivaya area of the front surface of the metal housing. Each of the "N" air heaters is made in the form of two metal pipes of square section, vertically installed with a gap of their external surfaces relative to each other and relative to the internal surfaces of the metal housing and fixed with their lower ends in the corresponding holes made in the bottom of the metal housing and two metal square tubes, obliquely fixed with their lower edges on the upper edges of the corresponding vertically installed metal square tubes sections communicating with their internal cavities intersecting with each other and fixed by their respective upper ends into corresponding holes formed in the inclined side surfaces of the metal body.
Execution of each of the "N" air heaters in the form of two metal pipes of square section, vertically installed with a gap of their external surfaces relative to each other and relative to the internal surfaces of the metal case and fixed with their lower ends in the corresponding holes made in the bottom of the metal case and two metal square tubes, obliquely fixed with their lower edges on the upper edges of the corresponding vertically mounted square tubes, communicating with their internal intersecting cavities with each other and fixed with their respective upper ends in the corresponding holes made in inclined side surfaces of the metal body, during the combustion process of the fuel inside the fuel chamber of the heating device, the air flows into the inner cavities of the lower ends “N "-Air ducts made in the form of square tubes, and their further flow into the corresponding internal polos These intersecting upper regions of “N” -compliant air heaters, also made of rectangular section tubes, in which, in addition to more efficient heating of air currents, compared to air heaters that have circular tubes, also mix two heated air streams coming out of internal upper ends of the "N" air heaters, and with an even higher temperature heat transfer air flows to direct them to the surrounding space. What is the achievement of the above technical result.
The heating device proposed for patenting is explained in the following description and drawings, where figure 1 shows the design of the heating device — front view, figure 2 shows the design of the heating device — top view, and figure 3 shows the design of one of “N” (equal to six ) air heater, and figure 4 presents (in section) the design of the heating device.
The proposed heating device contains:
- metal case-1;
- "N" air heaters - 2,3,4,5,6,7, each of which is made in the form of two metal pipes (see figure 3) -8 ÷ 9 of square section (the positions of the remaining metal pipes in the drawings are not shown) vertically mounted with a gap of their outer surfaces relative to each other and relative to the inner surfaces of the metal housing 1 and fixed with their lower ends in the corresponding holes made in the bottom of the metal housing 1, and two metal pipes-10,11 square section, obliquely fixed one St. with their lower edges on the upper edges of the corresponding vertically installed metal pipes-8.9 of square section, which communicate with their internal intersecting cavities with each other, and fixed with their respective upper ends in the corresponding holes-12 ÷ 22, made in inclined lateral surfaces of the metal case-1 ;

The proposed heating device operates as follows.
A kindling material is laid on the grate-23, they set it on fire and close it to the double-27. After the kindling material has been warmed up, for example, firewood or coal is placed in the firebox, and the two-year-old is closed, I put the ash pan-24 and thus providing air flow into the firebox.
The resulting flame and gaseous products of combustion of fuel in contact with the outer surfaces of the "N" air heaters-2,3,4,5,6,7, made of square tubes, intersecting and communicating with their internal cavities with each other, provide heating of air flow, entering into the internal cavities of the lower ends of the "N" air ducts-2,3,4,5,6,7 and their further flow into the corresponding internal cavities of the intersecting upper areas of the N-corresponding to the heaters 2,3,4,5,6 7 in which occurs efficient heating of air streams and their mixing, which contributes to an even greater heating of these air streams, and that with an even higher temperature, heat transfer enters the surrounding space.
Thus, the proposed heating device, due to the use of square tube sections in air heaters and mixing of heated air flows in the corresponding internal cavities of intersecting air heaters, provides more efficient heating of air flows coming out of the heating device into the surrounding space, and, consequently, higher heat transfer airflow.

Heating device containing a metal casing, “N” air heaters installed inside the metal casing, an grate installed in the bottom of the metal casing, an ashpit installed under the bottom surface of the grate, a chimney mounted on the corresponding section of the upper surface of the metal casing and communicating with its entrance with an internal cavity of the metal housing, and a door with a handle mounted on the corresponding section of the front surface of the metal housing , characterized in that each of the "N" air heaters is made in the form of two metal pipes of square section, vertically mounted with a gap of their external surfaces relative to each other and relative to the internal surfaces of the metal body and fixed with their lower ends in the corresponding holes made in the bottom of the metal body, and two metal pipes of square section, obliquely fixed by their lower edges on the upper edges of the corresponding vertically mounted metal iCal square tubes communicating with their internal cavities intersecting with each other and fixed by their respective upper ends into corresponding holes formed in the inclined side surfaces of the metal body.
