Abstract

Сущность изобретени : сырьева  смесь дл  получени  теплоизол ционных изделий содержит следующие компоненты, мас.ч.: карбамидоформальдегидна  смола 100- 110; гидрофобный мел 7-15; сульфонол 0,5- 2,0; отвердитель - водный раствор ВАГ-3 - продукт конденсации сульфофенолмочеви- ны и формальдегида в смеси с ортофосфор- ной кислотой 30-50. Характеристики теплоизол ционных изделий: объемна  масса 80-100 кг/м3, предел прочности при сжатии 0,6-1,3 МПа, водопоглощение при погружении в воду за 24 ч 12-15% по объему , количество закрытых пор 60-65%, индукционный период 45-60 с. 2 табл.SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION: a raw material mixture for the production of thermal insulating products contains the following components, parts by weight: urea-formaldehyde resin 100-110; hydrophobic chalk 7-15; sulfonol 0.5-2.0; hardener VAG-3 aqueous solution is a condensation product of sulfophenol urea and formaldehyde mixed with phosphoric acid 30-50. .Это достигаетс  тем, что сырьева  смесь ,дл  получени  теплоизол ционных изделий содержит, мас.ч.: карбамидоформальдегидна  смола 100-110; отвердитель водный раствор ВАГ-3 - продукт конденсации сульфофенолмочевины и формальдегида в смеси с ортофосфорной кислотой 30-50; гидрофобный мел 7-15,сульфанол 0,5-3,0.. Теплоизол ционный материал изготавливают путем смешени  компонентов непосредственно перед заливкой в форму .Thermal insulation material is made by mixing the components immediately before pouring into the mold.

Перемешивание необходимо лишь дл  равномерного распределени  компонентов во всем объеме, поскольку вспенивание осуществл етс  за счет химического взаимодействи  составл ющих, при этом увеличиваетс  содержание закрытых пор.
