Description
The invention relates to the industrial construction materials and can be used in the preparation of thermal insulation products.
The aim of the invention is to reduce the bulk density and thermal conductivity.
The method is carried out as follows.
In a separate mixer, acetone-formaldehyde resin, a 35% aqueous solution of caustic soda, methylcellulose in the form of a 1% aqueous solution of kaolin and water are mixed in a predetermined ratio. Claydite is loaded into a pip-on-barrel mixer and the polymer composition is added in an amount of 5 kg per 95 kg of expanded clay and treated with vigorous stirring for 7-10 minutes, after which it is combined with the raw mix. The mixture is prepared by successively mixing acetone. maldehyde resin, 35% aqueous solution of caustic soda, 1% aqueous solution of carboxymethylcellulose pulp, perlite sand and water. The processed clay with raw mix is loaded into molds and compacted by applying a short load of 1 kgf / cm. After curing the raw mix, the resulting thermal insulation is suitable for operation.
