Description
The invention relates to the production of lightweight refractories and can be used in the ceramic industry and other fields for lining thermal units.
The aim of the invention is to increase the compressive strength and the operating temperature.
е. происходит реакци муллитообразовани с последующей кристаллизацией муллита на стенках пор, упрочн ющего макроструктуру издели .Entering fine ground porcelain bo promotes the formation of a homogeneous, finely porous structure due to the mechanical activation of the sintering process. Owing to the glass phase contained in the porcelain bo composition, it becomes possible during the liquid phase sintering process to obtain a 15–20% concentration of the liquid phase in which the silica released during the burning process of kaolin and introduced with perlite as well as free AlaO3 dissolve. part of the charge composition in the form of alumina GK, i.e. the reaction of mullite formation occurs, followed by crystallization of mullite on the walls of the pores that strengthen the macrostructure of the product.
Raw mixture is obtained as follows.
VJThe preparation of the slip is carried out in a propeller mixer. Initially, water is poured at the rate of 50-55% humidity, after which kaolin, alumina, porcelain bout and chamotte fall asleep. Mixing is carried out for 15 minutes. The resulting slip and perlite are introduced into the prepared foam. The total mixing of the porous slurry and foam mass lasts until the mass is completely homogenized for about 15-20 minutes.
The prepared foam filled the form. The raw material is dried for 8-10 hours in a drying cabinet at 60-80 ° C, removed from the forms, then dried in a microwave oven for 0.5-1 hours to a residual moisture content of 1.5-2% and fired at 1400-1420 ° C, exposure at a maximum temperature of 2 hours.
2.The composition of the mixture is given in table 1; properties in table 2.
From Table 1 it follows that compositions 2,3,4 produce lightweight refractories with improved indicators of the uniformity of the porous structure (compressive strength increases from 3.9 to 7.8 MPa, and
