Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the production of porcelain masses and can be used for the production of sanitary products.
Currently, porcelain masses are prepared from expensive and scarce natural resources, the reserves of which are very limited in the Russian Federation or completely absent. Therefore, the task of fully or partially replacing them with technogenic raw materials is very urgent.
C 04 B 33/24, 23.01.1992).A ceramic mass is known, containing, in addition to the main components of the porcelain mass, talc and basalt, calcined at 1250-1350 o C and 950 o C, respectively (SU N 1707000 A1, CL C 04 B 33/24, 01/23/1992).
The disadvantages of this mass include significant energy losses associated with additional firing of talc and basalt.
Known raw mix for the manufacture of ceramic products, containing, in addition to the main components, talc and the battle of cordierite bream (SU N 1351909 A1, CL C 04 B 33/24, 11/15/1987). The disadvantages of this mixture include double loading of components during joint grinding, which significantly complicates the process.
304-305).Closest to the technical nature of the claimed invention is a porcelain mass containing the following components, wt.%:
Kaolin - 27
Refractory clay - 22
Quartz sand - 21
Pegmatite - 24
Porcelain skull - 6
over 100%
Soda ash - 0.1
Liquid glass - 0.2
(I. Moroz. Technology of porcelain and faience products. - M.: Stroyizdat, 1984, p. 304-305).
The objective of the invention is to reduce the cost of porcelain while maintaining the basic performance characteristics and reducing production costs.
The formulated problem is solved due to the fact that the porcelain mass mainly for the manufacture of sanitary products for construction purposes, including kaolin, refractory clay, quartz sand, a porcelain skull, additionally contains sodium silicofluoride and stone seedlings of the Samara Sulfur Combine (CCK), which have a chemical composition, %: CaO 56-58, MgO 25-27, SO 2 2-3, R 2 O 3-4, in the following ratio of components, wt.%:
Kaolin - 12-20
Refractory clay - 16-28
Quartz sand - 18-24
Pegmatitis - 15-20
Porcelain skull - 5-7
Stone sowing SSK - 9-11
Sodium silicofluoride - 1-2
The introduction of coarse-grained stone sowing SSC with a specific surface area of about 3000 cm 2 / g into the slip is carried out after wet grinding, which can significantly reduce energy consumption and wear of grinding equipment, as well as significantly increase the percentage of filler while maintaining the basic performance characteristics.
For experimental verification of the claimed composition were molded samples from the base and the proposed mass by slip casting. The base composition was the slip of AOZT Samara Building Plant, to which 11% (in terms of dry matter) of stone sowing of SSC and an additional 2% of sodium silicofluoride were added. After that, the resulting mass was mixed for 30 minutes in a laboratory mixer, the resulting slip was poured into a gypsum mold, aged 25 minutes in it, and the residue was merged. The molded products were dried, after which the mold was disassembled, and the obtained products were dried, covered with glaze and fired. The test results of the products obtained are shown in the table ( * the table presents the arithmetic mean data of the operational characteristics of the samples).
15167-93. From the above table it follows that the introduction of SSC stone seeding into the slip does not significantly affect the operational characteristics of the products obtained and fully satisfy the requirements of GOST 15167-93.
сократить на 9-11% расход дорогостоящего и дефицитного природного сырья;
сократить расход электроэнергии, связанный с помолом каменной части шликерной массы, до 10%;
Using the claimed invention will allow:
reduce the cost of expensive and scarce natural raw materials by 9-11%;
reduce energy consumption associated with grinding the stone part of the slip mass, up to 10%;
improve the environmental situation in the region.
