Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the production of porcelain masses and can be used for the production of sanitary and finishing products for construction purposes.
Currently, porcelain masses are made from expensive and scarce natural resources, the reserves of which are very limited in the Russian Federation or completely absent. Therefore, their full or partial replacement with less scarce or technogenic raw materials is a very urgent task.
C 04 B 33/24, 07.03.1987). Known ceramic mass for the manufacture of porcelain, in which, in addition to traditional components, cake is used - a waste of zircon production (SU N 1294789 A1, class C 04 B 33/24, 03/07/1987).
1360-1410oC.The disadvantages of this mass include energy-consuming, step-by-step firing: initially in a conveyor furnace - scrap at 780 o C, and then - working at 1360-1410 o C.
C 04 B 33/24, 15.02.1987). A ceramic mass for fritted porcelain is known, in which, in addition to the main components, alum and eggshell are used (SU N 1289853 A1, class C 04 B 33/24, 02.15.1987).
Significant disadvantages of this ceramic mixture include preliminary, high-temperature frit cooking, granulation and grinding in a ball mill, which entails significant energy loss and complication of the process.
304-305).Closest to the technical nature of the claimed invention is a porcelain mass containing the following components, wt.%:
Kaolin - 27.0
Refractory clay - 22.0
Quartz sand - 21.0
Pegmatitis - 24.0
Porcelain skull - 6.0
Over 100%
Soda ash - 0.1

(Frost II, Technology of porcelain and faience products, Moscow: Stroyizdat, 1984, p. 304-305).
A disadvantage of the known porcelain mass is the increased energy consumption in the manufacture of products.
The objective of the invention is to reduce the cost of porcelain while maintaining the basic performance characteristics.
The formulated problem is solved due to the fact that the porcelain mass, including kaolin, refractory clay, quartz sand, a porcelain skull, additionally contains TiO 2 and coarse seedings of the Soksky quarry (SC) having a chemical composition: CaO 48.5-50.0%, MgO 36.0-38.0%, SO 2 up to 3.0%, R 2 O 2.0-3.0%, in the following ratio of components, wt.%:
Kaolin - 12.0-20.0
Refractory clay - 16.0-28.0
Quartz sand - 18.0-24.0
Pegmatitis - 15.0-20.0
Porcelain skull - 5.0-7.0
Coarse seeds SK - 9.0-11.0
TiO 2 - 1.0 - 2.0
The introduction of coarse-dispersed seeding SK and TiO 2 into the slip composition is carried out after wet grinding, which can significantly reduce energy consumption and wear of grinding equipment, as well as significantly increase the percentage of filler.
For experimental verification of the claimed composition were molded products from the base and the proposed mass by slip casting. As a basic composition, a slip was used at AOZT Samara Construction Plant, to which coarse-dispersed SK seedlings and an additional 2% TiO 2 were added in an amount of 12% (in terms of dry matter). After that, the resulting mass was mixed for 30 minutes in a laboratory mixer, the resulting slip was poured into a gypsum mold, aged 25 minutes in it, and the residue was merged. The molded products were dried, after which the mold was disassembled, and the obtained products were dried, covered with glaze and fired. The test results are shown in the table.
15167-93. From the above data in the table it follows that the introduction of SK stone sowing into the slip does not significantly affect the operational properties of the products obtained that fully satisfy the requirements of GOST 15167-93.
снизить стоимость фарфорового шликера более чем на 10%;
сократить до 10% расход электроэнергии, затрачиваемый на помол каменной части шликерной массы;
Using the claimed invention will allow:
reduce the cost of porcelain slip by more than 10%;
reduce up to 10% the energy consumption spent on grinding the stone part of the slip mass;
improve the environmental situation in the region.
