Description
The invention relates to a technology for the preparation of phosphate raw materials for the process of processing them into phosphorus by the electrothermal method.
The aim of the invention is to reduce the content of harmful impurities in the exhaust gas and increase the content of PaOs in the product while maintaining its strength.
EXAMPLE 1 A bed of a 6-10 mm fraction was moistened with a pH-9 lime mortar to a moisture content of May 3. %, stacked on the grate 10 mm high. A pelletized charge containing 56% phosphorite fines, 8% coke breeze and 36% return moistened to 3% (total charge moisture 8%) is loaded, ignited with gaseous heat carrier and sintered at a temperature of 1570 K with suction through
Depression under the grate 10 KPa. In the sintering zone, off-gas samples are taken at intervals of 5 minutes and analyzed for impurities in it, the average content of which is 6 mg / t, pH-0.7 mg / t, F - 14 mg / t, S - 980 mg / t, dust - 18 g / t.
The bed was separated and analyzed for a P20b content of 24.5%. In this case, the total content of P20s in the agglomerate will increase from 23.5 to 23.6%, or by 0.1% compared with the known method.
Прочность на удар по выходу класса 5 мм составила 75 %, на истирани-е по выходу класса 0,5 мм- 8,2 %.The resulting sinter was crushed, cooled, and tested for strength in a drum. The impact strength at the exit of class 5 mm was 75%, and the abrasion resistance at the exit of class 0.5 mm was 8.2%.

%.According to the prototype, an agglomerate of a fraction of 8-12 mm is used as a bed. The content of impurities in the exhaust gases is, mg / m3: P205 9.56; UH (X91; F 19.16; Zoshchot 1369; dust 2.0. The PaOs content in the product is May 23.5.%.
. : . .- ,. -. ,The table shows the data on the influence of process parameters on its indicators. . :. .-,. -. ,
As can be seen from the table when humidifying the return and drop to a moisture content less than May 1. %. The content of impurities in the exhaust gases increases and the content of P20.5 in the product decreases to the level of the prototype. When moistened more than May 4. The% content of harmful impurities in the gases does not decrease, but the strength of the product decreases. When the lower limit of the fractional composition of the agglomerate used as a bed is reduced to 5 mm, the content of PH and dust in the exhaust gases increases, and it is not advisable to raise the upper limit to 12 mm, since the yield of the product decreases due to the need to return
