Technical field
The utility model relates to devices of rail butt joints of the upper structure of a railway track and can be used for electrical isolation of track sections.
State of the art
The prior art known butt insulating two-headed pad for rails (see analogue - RF patent for the invention No. 2297483, IPC EB 11/36,
The prior art known butt insulating two-headed pad for rails (see the closest analogue is the patent of the Russian Federation for utility model No. 29533, IPC ЕВВ 11/54, publ. 05/20/2003) containing a metal plate with holes for fasteners with two contact ledges for interaction with the sections of the mating neck with the head and sole of the rail. In this case, the plate is lined with a layer of electrically insulating material, which can be used thermoplastic polyurethane with high impact strength or
The well-known two-headed pad performs its function in the upper structure of the railway track. However, the formation of the upper and lower heads from a metal plate coated with a relatively thin electrically insulating layer can lead to a crushing of the latter. Also, the specified design of the metal plate increases the mass of the lining, which leads to an increase in the load on the end sections of the rail and the accumulation of fatigue defects.

It should be understood that specialists in the art will be able to offer other options for implementing the utility model and that some of its details can be changed in various other aspects, without going beyond the essence and scope of the present utility model, respectively, figures and a detailed description of the butt insulating lining for rails It is illustrative but not restrictive.
The butt insulating pad 1 (hereinafter - the pad) can be used in the upper structure of the railway track for electrical isolation of sections of the track.
1).The
2).The peripheral upper 7a and lower 7b sections of the
The mechanical strength of the structure is achieved through a
