Abstract
1. Носитель катализатора, содержащий по меньшей мере один гофрированный лист и по меньшей мере один плоский лист из проволочной сетки, где между указанным листом из проволочной сетки и указанным гофрированным листом имеются по меньшей мере частично открытые каналы, для обработки выхлопных газов двигателей внутреннего сгорания, отличающийся тем, что указанный гофрированный лист (3) выполнен из проволочной сетки и имеет поперечно расположенные углубления (3d), а лист (2) из проволочной сетки по форме повторяет форму гофрированного листа и имеет углубления (2d), причем глубина углубления (2d) листа (2) из проволочной сетки на 0,05-2,0 мм меньше, чем высота гофра (3с) гофрированного листа (3), и средний размер отверстия проволочной сетки листов (2, 3) составляет от 0,01 до 0,5 мм и диаметр проволоки проволочной сетки составляет от 0,02 до 0,24 мм.2. Носитель катализатора по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что средний размер отверстия проволочной сетки листов (2, 3) составляет от 0,05 до 0,3 мм, средний диаметр проволоки проволочной сетки составляет от 0,1 до 0,15 мм.3. Носитель катализатора по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что листы (2, 3) из проволочной сетки имеют номер сетки от 30 до 500.4. Носитель катализатора по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что диаметр проволоки проволочной сетки листа (2, 3) изменяется в направлении x, направлении y и/или направлении z указанного листа из проволочной сетки.5. Носитель катализатора по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что лист (2, 3) из проволочной сетки усилен в зоне соединения гофрированного листа (3) и листа (2) из проволочной сетки.6. Claims (10)
1. Носитель катализатора, содержащий по меньшей мере один гофрированный лист и по меньшей мере один плоский лист из проволочной сетки, где между указанным листом из проволочной сетки и указанным гофрированным листом имеются по меньшей мере частично открытые каналы, для обработки выхлопных газов двигателей внутреннего сгорания, отличающийся тем, что указанный гофрированный лист (3) выполнен из проволочной сетки и имеет поперечно расположенные углубления (3d), а лист (2) из проволочной сетки по форме повторяет форму гофрированного листа и имеет углубления (2d), причем глубина углубления (2d) листа (2) из проволочной сетки на 0,05-2,0 мм меньше, чем высота гофра (3с) гофрированного листа (3), и средний размер отверстия проволочной сетки листов (2, 3) составляет от 0,01 до 0,5 мм и диаметр проволоки проволочной сетки составляет от 0,02 до 0,24 мм.
2. Носитель катализатора по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что средний размер отверстия проволочной сетки листов (2, 3) составляет от 0,05 до 0,3 мм, средний диаметр проволоки проволочной сетки составляет от 0,1 до 0,15 мм.
3. Носитель катализатора по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что листы (2, 3) из проволочной сетки имеют номер сетки от 30 до 500.
4. Носитель катализатора по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что диаметр проволоки проволочной сетки листа (2, 3) изменяется в направлении x, направлении y и/или направлении z указанного листа из проволочной сетки.
5. Носитель катализатора по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что лист (2, 3) из проволочной сетки усилен в зоне соединения гофрированного листа (3) и листа (2) из проволочной сетки.
6. Носитель катализатора по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что лист (2, 3) из проволочной сетки усилен в зоне впуска выхлопного газа.
7. Носитель катализатора по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что глубина углубления (2d, 3d) составляет 0,2-2,0 мм.
8. Носитель катализатора по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что высота гофра (3с) составляет 0,5-4,0 мм, предпочтительно 1,0-3,0 мм.
9. Носитель катализатора по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что указанный плоский лист (2) из проволочной сетки и указанный гофрированный лист (3) соединены друг с другом посредством сварки или пайки.
