Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к носителю катализатора, содержащему гофрированные листы и каналы, для обработки выхлопных газов двигателей внутреннего сгорания. Настоящее изобретение также относится к способам изготовления и использования указанного носителя катализатора, содержащего указанные открытые каналы. Носитель катализатора (1) содержит по меньшей мере один гофрированный лист (3), имеющий углубления (3d), и один плоский лист (2) из проволочной сетки, имеющий углубления (2d), соединенный с указанным гофрированным листом (3), и между указанным плоским листом (2) и указанным гофрированным листом (3) имеются, по меньшей мере, частично открытые каналы (РОС) для потока выхлопного газа (EG), и глубина углубления (2d) указанного плоского листа (2) из проволочной сетки на 0,05-0,5 мм меньше, чем высота гофра (3с) указанного гофрированного листа (3).
