Полезная модель относится к автомобилестроению, а именно к панелям приборов автомобиля. Задача полезной модели - снижение трудоемкости монтажа и демонтажа панели приборов на автомобиль. Это достигается тем, что каркас панели имеет место крепления, представляющее собой площадку с прямоугольным отверстием, в которое, во время технологического процесса изготовления панели, устанавливается крепежный элемент в виде пластмассовой раздвижной гайки, закрепляющейся с помощью самонарезающего винта в процессе установки панели на кузове. Причем площадка под гайку выполняется под различными углами, что существенно упрощает сборку и установку панели приборов на автомобиле и исключает применение дополнительных кронштейнов.The utility model relates to the automotive industry, namely to the dashboards of a car. The objective of the utility model is to reduce the complexity of mounting and dismounting the instrument panel on a car. Панель приборов автомобиля состоит из пластмассового каркаса в сборе (1) со слоем пенополиуретана (2), покрьггого отформованной пленкой (3). Каркас в сборе имеет место крепления, выполненное под различными углами, в виде площадки с прямоугольным отверстием, в которое вставляется крепежный элемент в виде пластмассовой раздвижной гайки(4) с самонарезающим винтом{5).The car dashboard consists of a complete plastic frame (1) with a layer of polyurethane foam (2) covered by a molded film (3). На фиг.1 показан способ крепления панели через каркас с вставленной пластмассовой гайкой к кронилейну(б) , приваренному к поперечине (7). Самонарезающий винт заворачивается со стороны кронштейна в гайку, распирая ее лапки и тем самым фиксируя панель приборов на поперечине. После сборки панели приборов с поперечиной и другими узлами, вся конструкция устанавливается на автомобиль и прикрепляется к щитку передка кузова.
