Abstract

Полезная модель относится к автомобильной промышленности. Приборная панель представляет собой один из основных элементов интерьера автомобильного салона. Техническое решение позволяет улучшить эксплуатационные характеристики приборной панели за счет повышении надежности ее крепления в салоне автомобиля, обеспечивающего исключение ее вибраций, и усовершенствования системы отопления. Приборная панель автомобиля содержит комбинацию приборов с козырьком над ней, вещевую полку на верхней части панели справа от козырька и сопла вентиляции салона. Новое заключается в том, что в средней части панели под лицевой поверхностью содержится элемент крепления панели, присоединяемый к кронштейну со штатным отверстием, закрепленному на передке кузова. Вещевая полка выполнена съемной, а на боковых стенках панели имеются отверстия под винты крепления. Гнездо под вещевую полку выполнено в виде отверстия, обеспечивающего доступ к элементу крепления панели к передку кузова. Вещевая полка выполнена в виде поддона с вертикальными бортами. Щелевое сопло, расположенное под лобовым стеклом, соединено с кожухом вентилятора жесткой трубой с расширяющейся к соплу горловиной. Боковые сопла соединены гибкими трубами с патрубками, закрепленными на боковых стенках кожуха. Комбинация приборов выполнена в виде экрана с нанесенными на него индикаторами приборов. С левой стороны панели имеется гнездо для комбинации приборов 1 с козырьком 2, кромка 3 которого имеет форму дуги окружности. Справа от козырька размещено гнездо под вещевую полку 4. По бокам панели находятся гнезда 5 и 6 для установки сопел вентиляции салона. Под гнездом 3, на которое устанавливается вещевая полка, спереди имеется кронштейн 7, выполненный за одно целое с панелью. На кронштейне есть отверстие (на чертеже не показано), в которое вставляется винт для закрепления панели на передке кузова. На боковых стенках панели выполнены отверстия верхнее 8 и нижнее 9 для крепления панели к боковым стенкам кузова. Точки крепления размещены на пересекающихся плоскостях, благодаря чему достигается жесткое присоединение панели к кузову. На панели расположены элементы системы отопления. Кроме боковых сопел имеется также среднее сопло 10 в виде щелевого отверстия, расположенное в верхней части панели под лобовым стеклом. Для подали воздуха от кожуха вентилятора 11 к среднему соплу установлена жесткая труба 12 с расширяющейся горловиной, похожая формой на воронку. Внешний вид и форма панели имеют оригинальный дизайн, однако органы управления и приборы установлены на штатных местах, предусмотренных конструкцией автомобиля «Ока» ВАЗ-1111. Особенность панели состоит также в том, что на ней предусмотрена установка различных комбинаций приборов. В одном случае комбинация состоит из приборов с круглыми циферблатами, в другом присутствует сочетание круглых и прямоугольных циферблатов. Третий вариант заключается в использовании комбинации приборов от автомобиля ВАЗ-2115 в виде экрана с нанесенными на него индикаторами приборов.The appearance and shape of the panel have an original design, but the controls and devices are installed in regular places provided for by the design of the Oka VAZ-1111 car. Claims

1.
