Abstract
Opisuje se analitički sistem za analiziranje i kontrolisanje procesa oblikovanja za staklene proizvode. Analitički sistem obuhvata sistem za merenje sa infracrvenim senzorima i procesor koji komunicira sa njim, gde je sistem za merenje sa infracrvenim senzorima opremljen da meri infracrveno zračenje koje potiče od vrelih staklenih proizvoda neposredno nakon njihovog procesa oblikovanja i gde je procesor opremljen da odredi raspodelu toplote u staklenim proizvodima na osnovu informacije koju određuje sistem za merenje. Pošto je sistem za merenje sa infracrvenim senzorima osetljiv samo na zračenje iz takozvane NIR oblasti (bliske infracrvenoj), moguće je meriti zračenje iz unutrašnjosti staklenog zida. Ovo omogućava nove analititčke postupke pomoću kojih je, između ostalog, moguće i napraviti razliku između promene debljine staklenog zida i promene temperature.
