Abstract

Procedeul de recuperare a reniului din solutii reziduale de la recuperarea molibdenului, cu continut de 0,01...0,05 g/l Re, 0,2...0,7 g/l Mo, 70...90 g/l Cl-, 15...40 g/l SO supra 3 sub 4/e si pH=6...7,5, consta în absorbtia reniului pe carbune activ din lemn de fag cu granulatia de 0,4...5 mm, tratat initial cu acid clorhidric 5% si uscat la 150 degree C, pe coloana de absorbtie care are diametrul de 15...30 ori mai mare decât diametrul mediu al granulelor de carbune. Absorbtia reniului se realizeaza prin curgerea ascendenta a solutiei peste carbune cu o viteza de curgere de 600-1200 m/hm supra 2 pâna la saturarea carbunelui în reniu. Coloana cu carbune saturat în reniu se spala cu acid clorhidric si apa deionizata dupa care se elueaza reniul cu o solutie formata din 15...40 vol amoniac 25% si 85...60 vol alcool etilic 90...95% la temperatura de 55...75 degree C si viteza de curgere a eluentului de 500...750 m/hm supra 2. Din solutia alcoolica reniul se recupereaza prin concentrare si cristalizare, iar alcoolul si amoniacul, prin evaporare în condensare, si care apoi se recircula în procesul de elutie.
