Inventia se refera la un arzator pentru combustibil lichid, cu aer primar de combustie si cu aer secundar de racire si combustie, arzatorul fiind destinat încalzirii cuptoarelor rotative, cuptoare prevazute cu recuperatoare de caldura pentru preîncalzirea aerului de combustie. Arzatorul pentru combustibil lichid, conform inventiei, are camera de pulverizare de forma unui ajutaj convergent-divergent, axa racordului situându-se în planul sectiunii de diametru minim al ajutajului convergent-divergent al camerei de pulverizare.
