Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu de turnare în câmp magnetic, destinat obtinerii pieselor din orice aliaj de turnatorie, în special, a celor cu suprafata de separatie si cu forme geometrice complexe. Procedeul consta în folosirea unei semiforme coj i, constituite din pulberi sau alice feroase, peliculizate, obtinute prin formare cu model metalic încalzit, semiforme care, prin asamblarea si amplasarea lor într-o rama de formare care se umple cu alice feroase, determina o racire dirijata a aliaj ului turnat. Formele coji pot fi consituite din alice sau pulberi feroase, în amestec cu silicat de sodiu si întarite cu CO2. în cazul formarii cu model metalic rece, formele coji, sunt constituite dintr-un amestec de pulberi feroase, ciment si un catalizator care poate fi, de exemplu, acid fosforic.The invention relates to a process for casting in a magnetic field, for the purpose of obtaining parts from any foundry alloy, especially those with a separating surface and with complex geometric shapes. The process consists in the use of a semifinished shell made of ferrous, pellicular powders or allices obtained by forming a heated metallic semifinished metal which, by assembling and placing them in a forming frame which is filled with ferrous alloys, causes a cooling conducting the cast alloy. The shell forms may be alloyed or ferrous powders, in admixture with sodium silicate and cured with CO2. In the case of cold metal molding, the shell forms are composed of a mixture of ferrous powders, cement and a catalyst which can be, for example, phosphoric acid.
