Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de turnare în câmp magnetic, destinat obtinerii pieselor din orice aliaj de turnatorie, în special, a celor cu suprafata de separatie si cu forme geometrice complexe. Procedeul consta în folosirea unei semiforme coj i, constituite din pulberi sau alice feroase, peliculizate, obtinute prin formare cu model metalic încalzit, semiforme care, prin asamblarea si amplasarea lor într-o rama de formare care se umple cu alice feroase, determina o racire dirijata a aliaj ului turnat. Formele coji pot fi consituite din alice sau pulberi feroase, în amestec cu silicat de sodiu si întarite cu CO2. în cazul formarii cu model metalic rece, formele coji, sunt constituite dintr-un amestec de pulberi feroase, ciment si un catalizator care poate fi, de exemplu, acid fosforic.
