Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru prepararea 2-clor-12-(3-dietilamino-2- metilpropil)-12H-dibenzo[d,g][1,3,6]dioxazocinei optic active prin tratarea produsului racemic cu un acid organic optic activ. Inventia consta în aceea ca 2-clor-12-(3-dimetilamino-2-metil- propil)-12H-dibenzo[d,g][1,3,6]dioxazocina racemica, sub forma de suspensie apoasa sau solutie în diclormetan, se agita la temperatura camerei cu acid tartric optic activ, în raport molar de 1:...1,1, obtinîndu-se tartratul opticactiv al derivatului de dioxazocina, care se filtreaza si se usuca, dupa care se dizolva în amestec de apa:diclormetan 1:1, se adauga sub agitare solutie apoasa de amoniac 25% pîna la atingerea pH-ului 10, se separa faza organica si se îndeparteaza solventul sub presiune redusa, iar reziduul vîscos se dizolva în izopropanol, se raceste la 0 degree C cu formarea de cristale care se filtreaza si usuca, dupa care, daca se doreste, enantiometrul obtinut se poate transforma într-o sare de aditie acida, farmaceutic acceptabila, prin metode cunoscute.
