Abstract
Inventia rezolva problema obtinerii pulberii policristaline de omogenitate avansata a unor oxizi dubli-MgOAl2O3 necesara si indisolubil legata de obtinerea monocristalului corespunzator. Principalul ei avantaj este acela al obtinerii unei omogenitati superioare celorlalte metode amintite, procedeul fiind, totodata, mai ieftin datorita consumului energetic substantial mai mic. Posibilitatile aplicarii monocristalului se afla în domeniul microelectronicii ca substrat pentru componentele electronice contribuind la noul deziderat al acestei ramuri: miniaturizarea. El poate fi folosit, de asemeni, în optica ca filtru verde de absorbtie controlata, precum si în bijuterie datorita culorii sale atragatoare.
