Abstract

Inventia se refera la un aditiv al apei inhibitor de coroziune si la un procedeu de preparare a acestuia. Aditivii apei, conform inventiei, contin drept ingredient activ un fosfat organic cu formula (I) (vezi formula în pag.1 a descrierii) în care: R1 este hidrogen, R2 este ciclohexil, iar n este 0,5...3 în combinatie cu fosfat de zinc. Compozitiile, conform inventiei, se prepara prin reactia acidului fosforic 5...85%, cu ciclohexil amina sau diciclohexil amina si adaugarea la amestecul obtinut a cel mult 10% fosfat de zinc sau alt compus din care fosfatul de zinc poate fi format cu acidul fosforic, înaintea, în timpul sau dupa reactie. Agentii inhibitori de coroziune, conform inventiei, pot fi folositi pentru reducerea vitezei de coroziune în sistemele de circulatie a apei.The invention relates to an additive of the corrosion inhibitor water and to a process for the preparation thereof. The water additives according to the invention contain as an active ingredient an organic phosphate of formula (I) (see formula on page 1 of the description) wherein: R1 is hydrogen, R2 is cyclohexyl, and n is 0.5-3 in combination with zinc phosphate. The compositions according to the invention are prepared by reacting 5 ... 85% phosphoric acid with cyclohexyl amine or dicyclohexyl amine and adding to the obtained mixture not more than 10% of zinc phosphate or another compound from which zinc phosphate can be formed with phosphoric, before, during or after the reaction. The corrosion inhibiting agents according to the invention can be used to reduce the corrosion rate in water circulation systems.
