Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a amoniacului, cu consumuri reduse de energie. Conform inventiei, procedeul consta în obtinerea unui gaz de sinteza cu exces de azot. Corectarea raportului H indice 2 :N indice 2 se face cu H indice 2 recuperat din gazele de purja. Debitul de gaze de purja este mai mare decît la procedeele cunoscute. Separarea amoniacului rezultat la sinteza si recuperarea H indice 2 din gazele de purja se realizeaza în acelasi bloc criogenic, pentru diminuarea pierderilor energetice. Aceasta ultima faza a procesului tehnologic este corelata cu reformarea primara si secundara. La reformerul secundar se introduce direct o parte din gazul metan de proces si un exces de aer de proces.
