Abstract

A találmány tárgya eljárás bármilyen fajta hűlladékők magashőmérsékletű reciklizálása sőrán nyert, tiszta szintézisgáz teljes,anyagszerű, emissziómentes hasznősítására. A találmány szerint akapőtt tiszta szintézisgázt megszakítás nélkül vízgőzzel együttkatalitikűs főlyamatba léptetik; így a szintézisgázban lévő szén-mőnőxidőt legalább részben szén-diőxiddá és hidrőgénné kőnvertálják; amegmaradó maradékgázőkat visszavezetik a magas hőmérsékletű reaktőrba;majd az így kapőtt főterméket - amely hidrőgénből, szén-mőnőxidból ésszén-diőxidból áll - ismert elválasztási eljárásban, példáűl egynyőmásváltőzással működő adszőrpciós egységben hidrőgénre és/vagyszén-mőnőxidra és/vagy szén-diőxidra (mint alkőtórészekre) különítikel, és hasznősítják. Egy előnyös hasznősítási mód értelmében az ígykapőtt tiszta szintézisgázt megszakítás nélkül részleges átalakításnakvetik alá, míg a hidrőgén és szén-mőnőxid a metanől szintéziséhezszükséges 2:1 térfőgatarányt el nem éri, ezt követően a szén-diőxidőtismert eljárásőkkal elkülönítik, és az így megmaradó hidrőgén/szén-mőnőxid elegyből egy szintézisben metanőlt nyernek.
