Abstract
Inventia se refera la un material sintetizat pentru contacte electrice si la un procedeu de obtinere a materialelor pentru contacte electrice de tipul Ag-Ni-Fe de diferite compozitii Ag-Ni-Fe (89-10-1); Ag-Ne-Fe (85-10-5); Ag-Ni-Fe (75-10-15); Ag-Ni-Fe (83-10-7); Ag-Ni-Fe (85-5-10), în scopul obtinerii unui material de contact cu caracteristici superioare, diminuînd consumul de argint, pentru semifabricate, sîrme, profiluri se porneste de la trei compozitii si anume: pulbere de argint, nichel, fier, materialul sitat se dozeaza, se supune unor operatii de omogenizare, materialul omogenizat este supus operatiei de presare, se preseaza calupi de 300-500g la presiune de 1 t/cm2, calupii presati sunt supusi operatiei de sinterizare, sinterizarea se face într-un cuptor în atmosfera de H2 la o temperatura de 850-920 degree C, timp de 3 h, dupa întîrziere, calupii sunt supusi operatiei de extrudere la cald si trefilare la rece, fiind posibile grade de reducere de 30-50%, fara ca sectiunea materialului sa prezinte defecte; între trecere se fac tratamente succesive de deternsionare a materialului la cca 700 degree C.
