Abstract
Inventia se refera la un sistem de actionare pentru prese mecanice cu volant, destinat rationalizarii consumului de energie electrica la aceasta categorie de utilaje. Sistemul de actionare este alcatuit dintr-un motor asincron cu rotor, în scurcircuit, o schema de alimentare realizata cu contactoare statice cu tristoare, o schema de comada cu contacte si relee, precum si un dispozitiv cuprinzând doua relee centrifugale si un sistem de transmisie a miscarii arborelui motor la acestea. Sistemul permite exploatarea motorului în conexiunea stea, functionînd s a1/3 din puterea nominala, pîna la mon'mentul în care turatia scade sub valoarea limita admisibila, cînd se realizeaza comutarea în triunghi, cuplul motor sporit asigurînd cresterea turatiei la valoarea initiala, ceea ce determina reconectarea în stea si în continuare alternarea ciclica optima a perioadelor de functionare în conexiunile stea si triunchi.
