Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru obtinerea bisulfatului de potasiu, conform caruia, materiile prime utilizate, respecziv sulfatul de potasiu tehnic, de concentratie 95%, acidul sulfuric tehnic de concentratie 70...98% si apa sau solutia muma recirculata de la filtrarea cristalelor de bisulfat de potasiu, se filtreaza la o temperatura de 55...85 degree C pentru îndepartarea impuritatilor continute, dupa care timp de 0,25...1,5h sunt supuse reactiei la o temperatura de 60...97 degree C, urmata de cristalizare la o temperatura de 5...22 degree C, utilizînd ca agent de racire apa curenta, cînd are loc formarea bisulfatului cristalin care se separa prin filtrare sub vid de solutia muma care mai contine acid sulfuric si bisulfat de potasiu.
