Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a 1-naftil-N-metilcarbamatului, prin sinteza în prima faza a intermediarului 1-naftil-cloroformiatului din 1-naftol si fogen în prezenta de amine tertiare ca acceptori de acizi si tratarea acesteia metilamina, si consta în aceea ca, în scopul maririi randamentului de reactie, 1-naftolul se macina la o marime a particulelor sub 1 mm, raportul molar 1-naftol, fosgen si amina tertiara fiind cuprins între 1:1:1 si 1:1,2:1,2 în prezenta unui amestec constituit din : toluen, xilen sau clorbenzen cu benzina de extractie, raportul procentual dintre cei doi componenti ai amestecului fiind cuprins între 0,1-99,9 si 99,9-0,1% temperatura de reactie fiind de 22-95 degree C, raportul molar dintre cei doi reactanti ai fazei a doua respectiv 1-naftil-cloroformiat si metilamina fiind cuprins între 1:2 pîna la 1:2,1, temperatura de reactie în faza a doua fiind de 0-25 degree C, de preferinta 5-15 degree C.
