Abstract

Procedeu de obtinere a unui preparat de globulina imun la tumori, caracterizat prin aceea ca efluentul obtinut de la electroforeza prin curgere fortata, serul, plasma normala sau plasma de la o gazda purtatoare de tumori se aciduleaza la pH = 3 cu acid clorhidric si este tinut la aceasta valoare timp de 5 min, dupa care, rapid, se neutralizeaza la pH = 7 cu hidroxid de sodiu, produsul obtinut fiind purificat prin centrifugare si filtrare.Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a unui preparat de globulina imun la tumori, procedeu ce consta în faptul ca afluentul obtinut de la electroforeza prin curgere fortata, awrul, plasma normala sau plasma de la o gazda purtatoare de tumori se aciduleaza la pH=3 cu acid clorhidric si este tinut la aceasta valoare timp de 5 min, dupa care rapid se neutralizeaza la pH=7 cu hidroxid de sodiu, produsul obtinut fiind purificat prin centrifugare si filtrare.
