Abstract

Conform inventiei, procedeul pentru recuperarea zincului din apele reziduale, provenite din procesul de obtinere a fibrelor artificiale, consta în aceea ca, în scopul recuperarii zincului cu randament de 98% apele reziduale acide avînd o temperatura de 90...95 degree C se trateaza în prima etapa cu o solutie de hidroxid de sodiu 30% pîna la un pH de 4...5, iar în treapta a doua se trateaza cu o solutie de carbonat de sodiu 10% pîna la un pH de 4...5, iar în trepta a doua se trateaza cu o solutie de carbonat de sodiu 10% pîna la un pH 8,5...9,5, dupa care concentratul de zinc sub forma de precipitat se separa de supernatant prin decantare sau filtrare, apoi se transforma în sulfat de zinc si se cristalizeaza.
