Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a calicreinei, care consta în tratarea pancreasului proaspat cu apa ce contine fenol, dupa care se lasa la temperatura de 37 degree C si se aduce la pH=4,5. Dupa filtrare, se trateaza cu acetona, iar precipitatul obtinut se supune dializei în mediu de apa. Calicreina obtinuta se purifica prin metode cunoscute.
