Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu continuu pentru prepararea unei topituri de fosfati de amoniu condensati prin reactia de neutralizare-deshidratare a acidului fosforic, conform caruia, reactia are loc sub forma unui contact continuu de faze, într-un strat pelicular format în mediul de reactie prin curgerea treptata a fazei lichide sub efectul fortei de gravitatie, precum si prin dispersarea ei în faza gazoasa formata din amoniac gazos si abur. Reactorul pentru realizarea procedeului, este constituit dintr-un corp cilindric terminat cu o placa de sustinere pe care este plasata o umplutura neuniforma, prevazuta în interior cu sicane de distributie, care dirijeaza amestecul de reactie pe suprafata umpluturii.
