Abstract

Furaj destinat în special pentru prevenirea diareei si dizenteriei la porcine, fara degradarea florei stomacale, ce contine salinomicina. Furajul este folosit pentru îmbunatatirea cresterii, putînd fi utilizat ca furaj independent sau de completare sub forma de concentrat solid sau lichid, precum si de substanta galenica administrata oral ca tableta, capsula, pasta, substanta granulara, pulbere, suc, sirop sau bol, eventual dizolvata în apa sau într-un agent de furaj lichid. Salinomicina continuta de furaj este sub forma de miceliu uscat, produs brut sau substanta pura, sarurile si esterii de salinomicina fiind fiziologic suportati de animal. Se folosesc saruri alcaline, în special cele de potasiu, sodiu sau amoniu, sau saruri alcalino-pamîntoase, de preferinta magneziu si calciu. De asemenea se pot folosi esteri alcalilici cu 1...8 atomi de carbon, precum si esteri benzilici. Concentratia salomicinei, inclusiv sub forma de sare sau ester, se alege la o valoare ce corespunde unui dozaj de 0,02...5,0 mg/kg greutate corporala a animalului pe zi. Pentru aceasta se foloseste un furaj avînd o concentratie galenica de 0,5...500 g/tona, un concentrat avînd co concentratie de 0,1...10% sau un preparat galenic avînd o concentratie de 4... mg, la o unitate de substanta de administrat. Furajul se utilizeaza în zootehnie si în special la cresterea porcinelor.
