Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru prepararea unui produs cosmetic, prin care se prepara o emulsie ulei/apa din substante active hidrofile si/sau lipofile, faza grasa, emulgator ulei/apa, faza apoasa si conservant, iar, separat, se prepara o emulsie apa/ulei din substante active hidrofile si/sau lipofile, faza grasa, emulgator apa/ulei si faza apoasa, cele doua emulsii se amesteca intim, sub agitare puternica, adaugîndu-se substantele active hidrofile si/sau lipofile sub un vid de 0,5...50 torr, la temperaturi de 20...40 degree C, raportul de amestec dintre cele doua emulsii fiind cuprins între 20 si 80% în greutate, marimea particulelor din dispersia finala fiind de 1...50 miu, amestecul fin dispersat obtinut se trateaza cu substante odorizante. Substantele active hidrofile si /sau lipofile sunt alese diontre glicerina, polietilen glicol amestecuri de aminoacizi, ulei Puroba, vitaminele A si E, extract de placenta, extract de Hammelis, extract de musetel sau proteine ca, de exemplu colagen, faza uleioasa sau grasa fiind constituita din vaselina, parafina, stearina sau ceara de albine, ca emulgatori-alcool stearilic, polioxietilenstearati, emulgatori complecsi, esteri de sorbitan cu acizi grasi...
