Procedeul de elaborare a fontelor de înalta puritate, conform inventiei, se caracterizeaza prin aceea ca în scopul obtinerii fontei de compozitie prestabilita, foloseste ca purtatori de fier amestecul constituit din 50% minereu hematitic si 50% concentrat cu continut de 65-68% Fe, introdus în sarja în cantitate prestabilita, cît si circa 5% din greutatea totala a sarjei, deseuri de tabla de otel slab aliat cu continut de maximum respectiv 0,10% C, 0,25% Si, 0,60% Mn, 0;03% P, 0,016% S si 0,05% alte elemente de aliere.
