Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de racire a unei forme de turnare, cum ar fi de exemplu o lingotiera în care se toarna metale si aliaje feroase sau neferoase. Procedeul conform inventiei consta în aceea ca, cupa turnarea metalului sau aliajului în forma un agent de racire format din azot lichid este circulat într-o incinta în care este închisa forma de turnare. The process according to the invention consists in the fact that the casting of the metal or alloy in the form of a liquid cooling agent is circulated in an enclosure in which the mold is closed. The process according to the invention has the following advantages: it improves the zonal segregation and gas distribution in the metallic mass of the ingots and castings, which leads to a better chemical and structural homogeneity; shortens the solidification time, which results in energy saving and metallic material.
